Many students consider Handstand a tough posture to experience and master. Although handstand requires strength and agility, it is a foundation is much like plank and downward facing dog. Understanding & knowledge of body mechanics and the use of core stability can make the posture “advanced”.
In this workshop we explore key alignment points for handstand and study of fundamental postures like downward facing dog, plank, chaturanga and the dynamic interlinked movements of the yoga vinyasa.
All levels welcome and encouraged!
